The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate law, including contract negotiations, closings, and leases. Duties:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate law and general legal work.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiations, closings, and leases in the real estate sector.
  • Experience with litigation and estate matters is highly preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • NYS Bar Admission (must be admitted to practice in New York).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active New York State Bar membership.
