A law firm in San Antonio is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will handle a diverse range of clients in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, real estate, and business entity planning. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients
  • Handle probate proceedings and estate administration matters
  • Assist clients with trust administration and real estate transactions
  • Advise clients on business entity planning and formation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning and probate issues
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and contracts
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning and probate
