Duties

• Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of matters, including transactional and litigation work.

• Represent clients in court, hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal service delivery.

• Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts through networking and client cultivation.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in litigation or general legal practice.
