Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including discovery, court appearances, depositions, expert issues, and client management.
  • Represent clients before courts and arbitrators in both Law and Chancery Divisions across the state.
  • Coordinate and handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare and present complex legal arguments, motions, and documents.
  • Engage in legal research, drafting, and client communication.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Must be admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
  • Prior experience in New Jersey State courts is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
