Job Overview: A prestigious law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. The firm focuses on representing clients in personal injury and property damage cases and managing litigation from initial suit through trial or settlement. Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 files, supported by a paralegal and legal assistants
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial
• Prepare for and conduct jury trials throughout Florida
• Collaborate with colleagues on trial preparations and strategy
• Conduct motion practice, depositions, and discovery
• Engage with clients to provide updates and discuss case strategies
• Ensure superior client service and representation
• Attend seminars and workshops to enhance trial skills

Requirements:

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Trial experience, including first-chair roles
• General litigation and motion practice experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual capabilities (preferred)
• Familiarity with case management software (SmartAdvocate® a plus)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership in good standing
