Duties:

• Handle general civil litigation and family law cases
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of practice experience in general civil litigation and/or family law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of success in litigation
• Highly motivated and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
