Attorney needed for Nashua office

Job Title: Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel and representation for a variety of real estate transactions, estate planning, and business law matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions, as well as experience in probate matters and business law. This is a full-time, in-person position offering excellent growth opportunities within the firm.

Duties:

• Offer legal advice and representation to individuals, investors, and lenders involved in real estate transactions
• Review real estate title work, draft Purchase & Sale agreements, and loan documents, and manage Residential/Commercial closings
• Prepare Estate Planning documents, including LLC/Corporation formations, lease agreements, non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, and employment contracts
• Manage and file probate matters
• Collaborate closely with the attorney/paralegal team to provide outstanding legal services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle confidential information with the utmost care and in adherence to ethical standards
• Assist clients with executing documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Travel to branch offices and closing transaction locations as needed

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Law
• NH Bar License is required; MA Bar License is a plus
• Proven experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active NH Bar License (required)
• MA Bar License (preferred)
