A law firm seeks a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to trial. This role is remote and open to candidates based in California, Nevada, Illinois, or Arizona. Duties

• Handle all stages of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial.
• Investigate cases thoroughly to determine liability and damages.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and updating clients on case progress.
• Collaborate with legal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in one of the following states: California, Nevada, Illinois, or Arizona.
• At least 12 years of personal injury law experience, with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation.
• In-depth understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and engaging with clients.
• Demonstrated success in achieving favorable case outcomes through strategic negotiation and litigation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
