Duties

  • Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and updating clients on case progress.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in one of the following states: California, Nevada, Illinois, or Arizona.
  • At least 12 years of personal injury law experience, with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation.
  • In-depth understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury.
  • Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and engaging with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving favorable case outcomes through strategic negotiation and litigation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
