The successful candidate will be able to work closely with securities and finance lawyers, collaborate with investment bankers and financial advisors, and engage with government officials nationwide. Duties:

• Collaborate with securities and finance lawyers in the firm on various legal matters.
• Engage with investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials to address tax-related issues.
• Directly interact with clients to provide legal advice and guidance on tax matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public finance or other transactional tax areas is beneficial.
