A law firm seeks a Technical Transactions / Cyber Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience. Duties

• Work on IP technology licensing and commercial transactions
• Handle trade secrets, trademark, copyright protection, and marketing issues
• Advise on privacy compliance matters and policies
• Engage in general corporate matters, including contract negotiation and M&A

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Active law license in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) preferred but not required
