This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in mechanical engineering and patent prosecution, ready to contribute to a diverse and growing client portfolio.

Duties:

  • Assist attorneys in managing patent portfolios for a wide range of clients.
  • Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Conduct technical research and analysis in support of patent prosecution.
  • Draft patent-related documents, including responses to office actions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their intellectual property needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current developments in patent law and industry trends.
  • Assist with patent litigation matters as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
