A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a dedicated Foreclosure Associate Attorney to manage cases primarily focused on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters. The candidate will protect clients' interests in judicial foreclosure actions, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a commitment to the firm's core values.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage cases from inception to completion, emphasizing judicial foreclosure actions.
  • Prepare analysis of cases and advise clients on strategies.
  • Draft court pleadings and defense motions.
  • Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.
  • Handle other duties and special projects as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
  • 1 year of experience in the practice of law, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and work as part of a team.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.


Certifications:

Admission to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
