Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business-focused healthcare litigation, particularly with reimbursement litigation.
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple cases simultaneously.
  • California Bar license in good standing.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
