Job Overview:

Duties:

• Participate in trial teams, contributing to strategy and execution.
• Manage trial calendars and assist in staffing decisions for litigation teams.
• Prepare client communications and create thought leadership materials (e.g., business development pitches, newsletters, client presentations).
• Oversee long-term litigation projects, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with practice leaders and supervising partners to enhance team efficiency and optimize client service.
• Coordinate with practice managers to identify staffing needs and allocate resources effectively, driving outcomes on client matters.
• Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
• Support witness preparation for depositions and trials.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral, with the capacity to present complex ideas.
• Proficient in e-discovery and managing discovery tasks.
• Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of practice is required.
