Litigation Of Counsel

• Job Overview: A law firm in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join their team. • Duties:

• Requirements:

  • JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.
  • 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Admission to practice law in California (CA).
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.
  • Management skills to supervise and mentor junior associates.

• Education and Certifications:

  • JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Admission to practice law in California (CA).
  • Candidates with additional qualifications such as an MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree are encouraged to apply.
