• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and effective case progression.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and court filings.
• Represent clients in family law hearings, mediation sessions, and trials.
• Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed of case developments and legal options.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with support teams to manage case intake, client communications, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California and good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law or related legal fields.
• Proven ability to handle a high caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Experience with limited-scope representation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, client care, and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in California.
