Family Law Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its renowned litigation team in Newport Beach, CA. Duties:

• Handle high-asset and complex family law cases.
• Collaborate with the litigation team, including discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in family law.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with a legal team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (required).
