Trial Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, including trial preparation, depositions, and discovery.
• Conduct written discovery and take depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with colleagues to resolve legal matters efficiently.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and legal guidance.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in managing cases.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in managing all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
