  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, particularly in child custody, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and spousal support.
  • Strong courtroom advocacy skills and the ability to communicate empathetically with clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
