Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Business Law, Civil Law, Family Law, or Probate Law.
• Proven ability to draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, motions, and pleadings.
• Experience in litigation, with a track record of successful court representation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
