A law firm is seeking a Partner-level Litigation Attorney for its Concord location. The Partner-level Litigation Attorney will play a key role in the firm's litigation practice, bringing extensive experience in various areas of law including personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law. A portable book of business is required. The position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the growth and success of the firm.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Lead client consultations, negotiations, and courtroom appearances.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
  • 10+ years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.
  • Portable book of business.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
