A law firm in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a dynamic Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to support various practice groups, specializing in personal injury and property damage, product liability, and other litigation needs.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on cases within the personal injury, property damage, and product liability practice areas.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including the preparation of trial exhibits and witness interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide support on a range of litigation matters.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments, case law, and industry trends relevant to assigned practice areas.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury, property damage, and product liability.
  • Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Louisiana Bar admission is required.
  • Texas Bar admission would be a significant plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Louisiana Bar.
