Duties

  • Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies and recommendations.

  • Travel locally to meet with clients during business hours and occasional evenings.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Prior experience in community association law, real estate law, or corporate law is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Motivated, energetic attitude, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and provide clear legal advice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Florida Bar License in good standing.
