Job Overview
A prominent law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a skilled Community Association Attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to community associations throughout Florida. This position offers an opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters while contributing to the firm’s growing practice.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel to community association clients on a wide range of operational and legal issues.
• Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and governing documents for community associations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity in both written and verbal interactions.
• Attend meetings and provide legal guidance to clients regarding governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies and recommendations.
• Maintain client relationships, offering proactive legal guidance tailored to their unique needs.
• Travel locally to meet with clients during business hours and occasional evenings.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Prior experience in community association law, real estate law, or corporate law is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Motivated, energetic attitude, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and provide clear legal advice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License in good standing.
