A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm. Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence are required.

 

Duties:

  • Assist with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to real estate matters.
  • Review and analyze real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide effective legal advice and representation.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Bar in the United States.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the United States.

 

Skills:

  • Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
  • Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus.
