Duties

Provide legal counsel to clients regarding personal injury claims
Communicate with clients to understand legal needs and concerns
Develop case strategies to resolve matters favorably and efficiently
Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and dispositions
Represent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Uphold ethical standards and contribute to firm-wide practices and compliance

Requirements

1–3 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with supervising attorneys
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism in managing casework

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

Active license to practice law in the state of Louisiana
