The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial litigation, possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and a history of law firm practice in California.

Duties:

• Legal Representation:

  • Provide legal defense in employment litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and develop case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

• Client Consultation:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on employment-related matters.

• Court Appearances:

  • Represent clients in federal and state courts.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.

• Case Management:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Monitor case developments and deadlines.

• Legal Analysis:

  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of cases.
  • Provide recommendations to clients based on legal analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 3-6 years of legal practice.
  • Commercial litigation experience is a plus.

• Admission to Practice:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in California.

• Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
