Duties:

• Develop strategic approaches for insurance coverage disputes and manage litigation and arbitration processes.
• Conduct detailed legal research, draft position letters, and prepare comprehensive memoranda.
• Analyze insurance policies, providing clients with actionable coverage advice and recommendations.
• Oversee and engage in settlement negotiations and mediation in both domestic and international cases.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, briefs, memos, and other key litigation documents.
• Participate actively in depositions, document reviews, and conferences related to coverage litigation and arbitration.
• Collaborate with team members effectively and maintain productive client interactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to practice law in New York or New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, or comparable in-house experience with liability insurance policies.
• Proven track record in managing complex litigation processes and high-stakes negotiations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in either New York or New Jersey.
