Business Attorney

A law firm in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Business Attorney to work in areas of general business, corporate law, front-end loans, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a strong work ethic.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation in general business matters
• Assist clients with corporate governance and compliance issues
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handle front-end loans, including negotiation and documentation
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in Pennsylvania
• Experience or interest in general business, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence
