Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Morristown office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance coverage litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will draft pleadings and briefs. Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients. Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review document collections in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Submit filings to the court. Must have insurance coverage experience, ideally with general liability policies or working on pollution and/or construction matters. Litigation experience is required. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Additional Bar admissions would be a plus.

The candidate must have a JD/LLM degree. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are needed.
