  • Conduct legal research and leverage case precedents to craft compelling arguments.
  • Prepare clients for depositions, coaching them on key issues and gathering essential information for trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal assistants to develop defense strategies and ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain organized files and keep clients regularly informed about case progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense practice.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, including complex cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Collaborative team player willing to offer support and work closely with colleagues to enhance overall case strategy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including client relationship management and effective communication.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
