The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including client contact, case analysis, drafting documents, court appearances, and business negotiations. Location:

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of legal matters, from client contact to case resolution.
  • Conduct case analysis, review documents, and draft pleadings and business documents.
  • Attend court appearances and represent clients in business negotiations.
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel in real estate, business law, estate planning, and transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure optimal case outcomes.
  • Manage cases and client files effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized records.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in general litigation, with a preference for experience in commercial litigation or estate planning and probate matters.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ability to quickly learn new case management software.
  • Michigan State Bar License (Required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Michigan State Bar License (Required).
