  • Oversee the settlement process and distribution of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine litigation strategies and enhance personal legal expertise.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong litigation skills, focusing on depositions, mediations, and trial work.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and opposing parties.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
