Civil Litigation Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a civil litigation attorney with 4-6 years of prior experience in General Liability, Commercial, and/or Financial Services litigation in a law firm setting or business equivalent. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Other states are a plus. First or second chair trial experience in state and/or federal courts is strongly preferred. Should have arbitration and mediation experience.

The candidate should have excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills, including experience with complex briefing to state and federal courts. Must have excellent oral communication skills and ability to navigate complex negotiations and discussions with high-level clients, vendors, or other stakeholders. An entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management is required. Efficient time-management skills are needed. Must value collaboration and diverse perspectives and is able to work with a team to solve problems creatively. Willingness to be a productive member of a team is required.
