To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2-3 years of personal injury experience.

Key qualifications for this position include having tried at least 5 cases as the first chair, conducting at least 50 depositions, and successfully handling at least 100 cases from start to finish. The Personal Injury Attorney will be involved in screening potential clients, investigating claims, gathering evidence, documenting injuries and expenses, interviewing witnesses, reviewing medical documents, and drafting pleadings and motions.
