Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional matters, including emerging company and startup corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate, partnership, and limited liability company governance, fund formations, equity and debt financings and securities laws, business contracts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience as a lead associate on transactions, with experience drafting and reviewing definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction to closing.

The candidate must have a strong academic background. Should have client management skills and superior drafting and negotiation skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage client relationships.
