A law firm seeks a dedicated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves handling a range of legal matters, from trial preparation to negotiation, while providing compassionate service to clients.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, offer legal advice, and establish trust through compassionate communication.
• Regularly provide case updates to clients and answer any questions or concerns regarding their legal matters.
• Communicate with insurance companies to monitor and manage the progress of claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate and assess personal injury and property damage claims to determine the best legal course of action.
• Prepare cases for trial, ensuring that all necessary documentation and legal procedures are in order.
• If necessary, represent clients during the trial, presenting persuasive arguments and evidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for case resolution.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring timely progress and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 6 years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury or property damage law.
• Proven first-chair trial experience and the ability to handle complex litigation matters.
• Member of the Arizona Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling settlements and insurance claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clear and persuasive arguments.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the Arizona Bar in good standing.
