Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research, utilizing platforms such as Westlaw, to prepare for case strategies and support litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence specific to family law cases.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their legal needs, offering advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Analyze case facts and evidence, preparing for hearings and trials by developing legal strategies.
• Organize and manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines.
• Engage in all aspects of family law litigation, including negotiations, settlements, and court appearances.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting client needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must hold an active California State Bar license in good standing.
