Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a skilled Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its labor and employment litigation team. Duties:

• Represent clients in class action and representative employment litigation.

• Handle single-plaintiff employment disputes.

• Draft and respond to discovery, prepare legal briefs and motions.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Participate in evidentiary hearings, and status conferences, and argue dispositive motions.

• Assist in trial preparation and litigation strategy.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.

• Strong research and writing capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
