The ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of real estate finance with experience in commercial real estate lending, including reviewing and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, asset management, and implementing workout strategies regarding distressed assets. Must have expertise in drafting, negotiating, managing, and successfully closing real estate deals. Should have admission to the State Bar in Ohio.

Should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent writing, communication, and research skills needed. Should have strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
