A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its Business & Finance Department in West Conshohocken, PA. This role is ideal for an attorney with a robust background in corporate law, finance, and commercial real estate transactions who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive legal team.

Duties:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and finance transactions, including sales and purchases.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare necessary documentation for various transactions.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices related to business operations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to protect client interests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal support to clients in real estate and finance matters.
  • Stay informed about developments in business and finance law to offer timely advice to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain effective communication throughout transaction processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate, finance, and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Admission to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
