A law firm in Orlando is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in transactional real estate matters. The successful candidate will have experience representing developers and homebuilders in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property. Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on a team are essential. The candidate should also have experience in drafting purchase and sale agreements, performing title and survey reviews, and managing commercial contracts. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in The Florida Bar are required.

Duties:

  • Represent developers and homebuilders in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate contracts.
  • Perform title and survey reviews, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Manage commercial contract administration, including compliance and amendments.
  • Provide legal advice and support on various real estate transactions and projects.
  • Conduct due diligence and research related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in transactional real estate matters.
  • Experience in representing developers and homebuilders in real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Experience with title and survey review, and commercial contract administration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in The Florida Bar.
