M&A Associate Attorney

Shanghai office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an M&A associate attorney with 2 years of law firm practice experience in the United States. The candidate should preferably have 4+ years of experience supporting M&A/FDI practice and the ongoing legal needs of client subsidiaries and portfolio companies in China. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.

The candidate must have a U.S. J.D. or LL.M.; currently dually licensed to practice law in the United States and the Peoples Republic of China. Familiarity with Chinese labor and employment issues, including areas of collective bargaining, layoffs, and equity incentive compensation, Chinas anti-monopoly laws, and customs disputes, is preferred.
