A law firm in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation. Exceptional academic credentials, prior law firm experience, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Handle discovery processes, including document production and review.
  • Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
  • Participate in trial preparation and court appearances as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Prior experience specifically in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation.
  • Proven track record of courtroom experience is preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
