Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation matters related to a variety of insurance policies.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on issues involving professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers' insurance.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, while managing cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Engage in innovative thinking to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
• Participate in negotiations, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Proficient in handling complex insurance disputes and coverage issues.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (or eligible to gain admission).
