The ideal candidate will possess a license to practice law in Ohio, along with a proven academic and/or client track record. This role requires exceptional client relation skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong organizational capabilities.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including pre-trial motions, hearings, and trials.
  • Assist in the formation and dissolution of business entities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and provide informed counsel to clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Civil Litigation and Business and Corporate Law.
  • Proven academic achievements or a successful client service record.

Certifications:

  • Member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.
