Job Overview:
A reputable law firm in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Family Law Trial Attorney with a strong background in supervising legal teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Texas Family Law trial experience and at least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring other trial attorneys. Duties:

• Client Engagement:
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients and handle cases from intake to resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the legal process.
• Litigation Management:
  • Lead and manage high-stakes family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and asset division.
  • Represent clients in family law trials with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Supervision:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of trial attorneys, ensuring the quality and efficiency of case management.
  • Provide guidance on legal strategies and help develop the skills of junior attorneys.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases progress smoothly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and provide support in complex litigation matters.
• Business Development:
  • Take responsibility for generating new client leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Texas Family Law trial experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising or managing a team of attorneys.
• Skills:
  • Strong trial advocacy skills with a proven ability to manage complex family law cases.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior attorneys.
  • Excellent client management skills with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and complex family law matters.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle a significant caseload.

Education:
