Trial Lawyer

A reputable law firm is currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Lawyer to handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial. Location:
Beverly Hills, CA

Duties:

• Draft pleadings including complaints, motions, and oppositions
• Prepare discovery requests, responses, meet-and-confer letters, and discovery motions
• Represent clients in motion hearings, both remotely and in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Actively participate in trials at the State and Federal levels
• Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation sessions
• Maintain regular and consistent communication with clients regarding case progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Extensive experience with written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Strong ability to develop and implement legal strategies
• Ability to handle high volumes of cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills
• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
• Proficient in managing cases from inception to resolution
• Ability to effectively argue motions and handle court hearings
