Duties:

• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft necessary legal documents related to their cases.
• Represent clients during pretrial hearings, providing strategic guidance and advice following each session.
• Handle court appearances, trials, and draft motions in preparation for cases.
• Interview witnesses, conduct legal research, and manage case documentation.
• Analyze potential outcomes of cases by referencing relevant legal precedents.
• Oversee and balance a variety of cases to ensure efficient workload management.
• Provide in-depth legal analysis to help clients understand case possibilities and strategies.
• Gather supporting evidence and build arguments to strengthen client cases.
• Prepare clients for depositions, define case strategies, and collaborate with key witnesses and experts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team of attorneys and legal assistants.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
