• Collaborate with third-party administrators, insurers, and employers
• Draft settlements, pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents
• Investigate workers' compensation claims, researching and evaluating the facts to offer strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• Strong legal research and negotiation abilities

• Understanding of legal procedures and best practices

Education:
