The firm provides comprehensive estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. This role requires a dedicated and skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience to help manage complex estate planning matters and deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

Duties:

• Draft complex estate planning documents for high-net-worth individuals, including business succession plans and charitable giving provisions
• Counsel clients on estate and gift tax planning, as well as generation-skipping tax considerations
• Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates
• Process Federal gift and estate tax returns
• Advise clients on tax-exempt organization planning
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies
• Manage and support trust administration and related matters

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax planning
• Proven experience drafting estate planning documents and business succession plans
• Solid understanding of estate and gift tax regulations
• Experience with probate proceedings and tax-exempt organization planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both senior attorneys and clients
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Active membership in the Texas Bar (or timely admission upon employment)

Education:

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school

Certifications:

• Membership in the Texas Bar
